All papers published by Telos can be partially quoted if the author's name and its source are mentionned.

On the contrary, integral reproduction of papers is subject to explicit and preliminary authorization. If the authorization is granted, the paper should include the mention "A version of this article was first published on www.telos-eu.com, a French online think-tank." When reproduced on the web, it should also include a link to www.telos-eu.com.

Telos bills syndication services fees to the media reproducing its papers, in order to support its operational expenses. Telos staff is not paid for its effort.
